For Australian orders:
Most addi needles and hooks are sent free of charge!
For all other items, the following standard shipping charges apply:
Up to 500g total parcel weight:  $5.50
Above 500g total parcel weight:  $9.50
Standard shipping charges are capped at $9.50.

Express shipping is available:
Up to 500g total parcel weight:  $8.00
501g to 3kg total parcel weight:  $11.00

Registered/Insured shipping is also available, please contact us for a quotation.  We cannot be held responsible for uninsured items lost in the post.

Payment Options
Full payment is due before goods are shipped.
We can organise lay-by/payment plans if contacted prior to purchase.

We accept Credit Cards (through the Paypal system), Funded Paypal, and Direct Deposit into our nominated bank account.  Money Orders and Checks must clear before shipment.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days to resolve the issue.  Returns are only accepted on items in original (unworn and unused) condition, and postage is the responsibility of the customer (unless goods are faulty).

Please note that it is the nature of hand-dyed yarns to show variations, while every care is taken.  A yarn that is significantly different from that ordered may be offered as a second at reduced cost..
